Welcome to Sacred Wellness.

My passion is helping people care for themselves as a whole person—spiritually, mentally, and physically. I created Sacred Wellness from the belief that these areas are connected and that meaningful growth begins by understanding the individual, their goals, and what matters most to them.

My approach combines faith-based coaching, applied neurology, and personal training to create an individualized experience rather than a one-size-fits-all program. I believe in meeting people where they are, giving them practical tools they can use in everyday life, and helping them recognize areas where they can grow.

Most importantly, my faith is at the foundation of Sacred Wellness. I want this to be a place where people are encouraged to slow down, become more aware of what is happening spiritually, mentally, and physically, and ask, “Where is God wanting to work on me?”

My journey into health and wellness began in 2014 through massage therapy. I fell in love with helping people feel and move better through myoskeletal massage. As I worked with clients, however, I began to notice that movement—or the lack of movement—often played an important role in what they were experiencing. Even when massage helped someone feel better, I could see there was often more to the picture.
That realization led me to pursue movement certifications and learn additional approaches, including myofascial tools. After several years of working with the physical body, I began noticing another connection: our emotions could influence the way we held ourselves, moved, and responded.
Wanting to understand that piece more deeply led me to training and an internship through Plumbline Ministries, where I became an ordained pastoral counselor. I was beginning to see the person as more than a collection of separate parts. The spiritual, emotional, and physical pieces were connected.
During this same season, I began facing challenges of my own. After the birth of my first child by C-section and while continuing intensive movement training, my body began responding in ways I didn't understand. I developed a tremor in my hand, my balance worsened, and after something as simple as riding an elevator, I could feel as though my body were doing backflips. I kept training, thinking that getting stronger and moving more would help. Instead, things continued to get worse, which started my own search for a different approach.
During one of my movement certifications, I learned about a company teaching Applied Neurology. I felt led to explore it, purchased my first course, and fell in love with what I was learning. It felt like the missing piece.
Applied Neurology helped me begin connecting things I had been observing for years—in my massage clients, movement clients, counseling clients, and now in my own body. I continued my education and eventually became a trainer in Applied Neurology.
Learning how the brain and nervous system influence the way we feel, move, and respond has changed the way I approach my own wellness and the way I work with clients. I began to see even more clearly how the spiritual, emotional, neurological, and physical parts of a person are interconnected.
And the more I learn about neurology, the more I see God's design within it.
For me, Sacred Wellness is about bringing these pieces together—faith, mind, brain, nervous system, movement, and body—and helping each person discover an individualized approach that supports their goals while honoring the way God designed us.
Sacred Wellness grew out of my own search for answers then became a calling to help others better understand and care for the whole person God created them to be.

EDUCATION • TRAINING • CERTIFICATIONS

My education has continued to grow alongside my work with clients. Each area of training has added another piece to how I understand and approach the whole person. I continue to pursue education in faith-based coaching, applied neurology, movement, and bodywork so I can provide individualized tools and training for the people I serve.
